-
Stage 1: Building Planning

Stage 2: Building Approval
Up to 4 Weeks
Once your plan is final, we will submit it to Council. During this time we will make contact with you to start your selections.
-
Stage 4: The Build
18 weeks
After Council approval, building will begin. While the slab is going down, your frame is being built off-site.
Stage 3: Fittings & Colour Selection
Once your plans are submitted to Council you can start the process of choosing your fittings and colours, We will make contact with you to arrange a time suitable to visit our suppliers and help make your selections.
-
Stage 5: Finishing
Approximately two weeks prior to the completion of your new home, we will schedule a site meeting to address any final points that may need attention. This will ensure that your home is finished to perfection.
